RESPONSIBILITY FOR SECURE ADDRESSES & COLLECTION OF PARCELS
Our shipping service does not require a signature. The courier will leave your order at the front door, letterbox, or secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address World of Wanderlust takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.
RETURN TO SENDER
World of Wanderlust does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us.

Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note World of Wanderlust does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. World of Wanderlust does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will The Wholesome Store accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our terms and conditions.
Please allow up to 2 business days AEST for dispatch on international orders.
World of Wanderlust is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. All sale items are also non refundable/exchangeable - orders are final.

How do I return an item?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. Customers are responsible for any return costs. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the order prior to requesting a refund. Therefore, use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for the refund. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange and item?
Customer needs to notify by email before making any exchanges in order to verify the availability of the items. There will be two options for exchange methods.
For another size or colour, as long as it is the same price, no additional payments are necessary.
For a different item, we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item.
Once again, customer is responsible for sending the items for any exchanges. We will notify by email once the item is received and send the new item to the original shipping address.
How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?
Customers are responsible for any return and exchange shipping, duties, taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit so please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, without tags, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will email you to notify you that we have received and approved/rejected the returned item for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and we will refund to the original form of payment within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-commerce credit to our store.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
